Shared DNN Utilities & Tools

Ryan Moore - Evotiva DNN Search & Replace

Daniel Valadas - "gists" as Github Lists for Notes

  • Daniel found that he needs to keep lists of snippets and items in Github. So he uses GitHub to make a list of his useful code elements
  • Daniel gave good suggestions to using Chat GPT as an assistant to help prompt you with stater code, search for version-specific code, and doing tasks such as refactoring code to be easier to read, document, etc.
  • - a tool for generating generic mock-up content for tables of data
  • Eraware DNN Templates - there's a lot of startups and general repeat content going into brand new module creation. Daniel mentions that he'd rather start from a template that's full and includes unit testing. So he starts with this as his starter for new projects.
  • Windows PowerToys - REbuilt recently, there are TONS of useful tools including the CopyPaste History and Power REname!

David Poindexter - Several tools!

Jeremy Farrance - Responsively App

  • Responsevly App - Jeremy presented a utility tool to show how a site looks at a glance on multiple mobile and desktop sizes.
